Overview XPS Shower Pan is a prefabricated waterproof shower base designed for bathroom floors, shower rooms, wet rooms and modern tile installation systems. It is made from a high-density closed-cell XPS foam core, reinforced with fiberglass mesh, and coated with polymer-modified cement mortar on the surface. The product is lightweight, waterproof, easy to install and ready for tile bonding, making it an efficient alternative to traditional mortar shower bases. The built-in slope helps water flow quickly toward the drain, reducing on-site leveling work and improving installation accuracy. OukeTherm XPS Shower Pan can be supplied with square drain or linear drain options, as well as center drain, offset drain, corner drain and customized drain locations. It is suitable for residential bathrooms, hotel bathrooms, apartment renovation, villas, spa rooms, prefabricated bathroom pods and commercial wet room projects. The shower pan can be used together with XPS tile backer board, shower niche, shower curb, waterproof tape, pipe collars, inside corners, outside corners, screws, washers, sealant and drain kits to form a complete bathroom waterproofing system.
